Shown above is an attractive sapphire of very good clarity. Although the above image
shows some blue flash (bottom of stone) resulting from dispersion, this gem is a
uniform, light, slightly bluish-green color. The stone is very well cut and displays
fine light return and scintillation. It would look great in a small pendant, pin,
or ring.
This sapphire has not been heated. It was personally mined and faceted by me.
