In the last decade Pakistan has produced some exceptionally large gemmy peridot crystals. Like the color of the gemstone shown above, most peridot from this location is a very attractive medium-deep yellowish-green. The Curved Triangular Brilliant Cut delivers excellent light return and scintillation. The symmetry, facet meets, proportion, and polish for this gem are all fine. This gem would look beautiful in a pendant, pin or large ring.
