Terms:

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Your cost is the total price of the gems or minerals plus exact postage and insurance fees (Parcels shipped to U.S. addresses will be sent by first class, insured, U.S. mail). Depending upon the value and weight of your purchase, shipping fees vary from approximately $4 to $20. North Carolina residents must add 7.0% state sales tax. Customers outside the US should contact us to discuss a preferred method of shipment. International customers are responsible for duties and other taxes owed to, and collected by, foreign authorities.

I accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Novus/Discover card, PayPal, Western Union transfer, check, or money order. Gems purchased from US customers by charge card or PayPal are shipped within 24 hours. Gems purchased by money order, personal, business or certified check are shipped after checks have cleared our bank (We place a 14 day hold on stones to allow time for checks to arrive). All stones are sent to you by first class, insured, U.S. mail.

New U.S. customers and international customers: I only ship gemstones to a confirmed address (the address at which you receive your credit card bills or bank statements). Because of rampant fraud, international customers will be asked to provide contact information (issuing bank name and phone number) to verify the authorized use of a particular credit card account. To avoid delays, I recommend that international customers establish a Verified PayPal account. I reserve the right to refuse orders from PayPal members with unproven transaction histories.

I encourage any serious gemstone buyer to learn the impact of cut, color, clarity, and carat weight on gem prices. Check my pages on clarity grading, gemstone image preparation, and consult my links list for further information. Very importantly, make exacting price comparisons! I know I offer fine gemstones at great prices and I want you to prove that for yourself!

If not completely satisfied, customers have 21 days from date of purchase to return a gemstone for a prompt refund (Less the original shipping charges). Stones must be in original condition and return postage and insurance are the responsibility of the sender. To assure a prompt refund, customers should call or send e-mail to alert me that an item will be returned.
